Circuit Training for Judo - Circuit Two

This is another 5 min circuit much like circuit one but I have substituted some tire training ( flipping the tire with jumps and sledge hammer application ) The tire is 300 pounds and you can get them free at tire shops. Select the weight of the tire based on your strength...the sledge hammer can be 6 to 20 pounds...mine is 10 pounds.
( I do this routine 3 times a week - Mon. Wed. and Friday )
