Circuit Training for Judo - Weight Circuit One

Here is a weight circuit you can do to enhance your judo training. It involves multiple exercises done one after another, 8 reps each. A 2 minute rest then repeat until you have done circuit 3 to 5 times. ( I do this routine 3 times a week - Mon. Wed. and Fri. )
